The following terms and conditions are applied to Referral Fees:

A)  Copious iQTM reserves the right to limit the number of referrals.

B)  Referrals must be full and complete and are subject to the approval of Copious iQTM.

C)  Copious iQTM is not obligated to pursue any referral.

D)  Referrals are only good for a period of 60 days upon receipt.

E)  Referrals are only good for future business opportunities that are previously unknown to Copious iQTM.

F)  The referred party agrees to accept communications (phone or email) from Copious iQTM.

G)  Copious iQTM reserves the right to reject a referral for any reason  (for example, if Copious iQTM is already in  possiession of the information provided in the referral, it will not be accepted).

H)  Referral fees are only paid upon receipt of full payment of fees for which the referral was provided.

I)  An invoice must be provided to Copious iQTM for the total agreed Referral Fee Canadian plus applicable taxes upon all other conditions being met.
